Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator
Pay: Starting at $60,000/year
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Work Location: Lee’s Summit, MO
Role Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures Courageous Home Care remains compliant with all
state regulations through routine auditing of documentation, follow-up on deficiencies, and
support of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
● Audit daily documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
● Track missing or incomplete documentation
● Follow up with staff and leadership on deficiencies
● Maintain compliance logs and audit reports
● Support regulatory readiness and internal reviews
● Provide guidance and feedback to improve documentation quality
● Assist with policy adherence and corrective action plans
Qualifications
● Experience in healthcare documentation or compliance
● Strong attention to detail
● Knowledge of state regulations preferred
● Ability to follow up and enforce accountability
