Role Summary
The Care Program Recruitment Coordinator leads recruitment and onboarding for Courageous
Home Care’s Day Program and In-Home Care services. This role focuses on staff and client
recruitment, training coordination, reporting, and program growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Recruit staff and clients for Day Program and In-Home Care services
● Coordinate onboarding and conduct staff training
● Manage client documentation and reporting requirements
● Complete monthly progress reports and RAI documentation
● Support program restructuring and development
● Conduct community outreach and networking
● Track recruitment and retention metrics
● Collaborate with HR and program leadership
● Support scheduling and staffing needs
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required
● Minimum 5 years administrative experience in in-home care
● Minimum 2 years experience with day programs
● Proven recruitment and training experience
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Knowledge of state regulations preferred
