Role Summary
The Team Lead oversees Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality care delivery,
compliance, and staff accountability across assigned homes or programs.
Responsibilities
● Supervise and support DSP staff
● Address performance concerns and documentation issues
● Ensure compliance with policies and care standards
● Support scheduling and staffing coverage
● Serve as a point of contact for staff issues
● Assist with training and coaching
